What's your processing time and where do you source your projects?

     We carefully curate our collections and we personally cut all of our wood projects.  We then package, shrink wrap and hand process each and every order.  Our typical turn around processing time is 5-7 business days although we try to process as quickly as possible.  Processing times may extend to 14-21 business days during the holiday season and sales events.  If you are needing an order processed quicker please contact us and we will try to accomodate your needs for a nominal Rush Processing Fee.  Please note processing time does not include weekends although you'll often find us working 7 days a week.  #smallbusinesslife

 

What type of paint do you use on your wood blanks?

     We typically use acrylic paint and you can use whatever brand you prefer.  We have also used chalk paint and we use paint pens/markers frequently to add details.  Our favorite brand of paint pens currently is Posca.  We will have an Amazon store link soon!  Reach out if you would like direct links to our favorite paints, pens and tools.

What type of glue do you recommend?

     We typically use general wood glue if you want a little more wiggle room and time to shift pieces.  We also use loctite superglue for a faster setting however, wood glue is more economical and it works fine.

Do you offer Local pickup?

     Yes, you can pick up at my home, Valley Drug in Stevensville and occasionally I'm available to meet up from Missoula to Hamilton.

What's the shipping policy?

     We ship anywhere in the continental USA for a flat $10 shipping fee or free with purchases over $100.  We typically ship via UPS but occasionally USPS.  We will send tracking info once your item ships.
